TV Internet Cable

This is a relatively minor issue, but could use some advice. I'm setting up my first STR and I need to get TVs and service. Personally, I cut the cord (cable) almost 20 years ago, so the idea of paying for cable seems crazy to me. Is that a mistake? If I go with internet only, any recommendations for the best setup to provide guests to access their favorite content? We use YouTubeTV in our house and I could buy that under a separate account. I could also just provide the TV and setup and let people login using their own information. My research also suggests Roku may be an easy way to handle it. Any thoughts?
