Seeking advice on buying a house in Coastal NC for Airbnb

Hi everyone,

Have you recently bought a house in the NC coast at the current high interest rate? Do you cash flow well? I’m really curious whether the coastal NC Airbnb market is already too saturated to jump in. Is there a specific town that you like or finds it with high investment potential? How accurate is the data provided by AirDND in terms of price and occupancy or do you use a different website to analyze deals? Do you have a lender/ property manager/ cleaning team that you highly recommend?

Please kindly send me any advice when it comes to buying the first Airbnb/ coastal homes/ investment properties and what to avoid. Truly appreciate it!
