Joshua Tree, CA - STR Outlook

Hey y'all!

I'm getting closer to pulling the plug on purchasing a property in the JT area to STR.

My question to all the current owners and operators out there is how are your numbers looking? Is the level of oversaturation and the worsening economic outlook affecting your ADR and vacancy levels?

I'd recommend reaching out to Tony J. Robinson as I believe he has STR in Joshua Tree!

Can you give a brief description of your property? General location, topography, specs?

In general, and we're seeing this across the country and not just local to JT, although demand for STRs is up year over year, the new inventory has outpaced the demand which has affected average occupancy rates. My property is doing well but it is one of the more unique stays in the high desert.
