We hope everyone had a great New Years! We cannot meet physically this month in our usual spot due to the uptick in COVID-19 cases. We are super excited to get back together in the same room soon. For now we will be doing our meet up virtually on zoom with hopes that more individuals in other markets are able to attend.

This virtual meet up topic will be about "Raising Private Capital" for single family flips, rentals, multi-family projects or syndications.
