It’s time again for our monthly real estate investing meetup! This month we will finish our note sharing from BPCon2019 including 3 Financial Frameworks Every Real Estate Investor Must Understand.
Anyone who lives in the Fort Knox, Elizabethtown, Radcliff, Vine Grove, Brandenburg, Hardin County, Meade County, and surrounding communities is invited to join us at the RE/MAX office by IHOP in E-town on Saturday November 2nd at 12 noon.
Dress casual, bring a friend, and come hang out as we welcome newcomers, talk about investing, and discover how we can support one another.
If you have any questions you can contact me through this site or [email protected]
No products or services will be pitched, there is no sponsor for the event, and there is no cost to attend.
We look forward to seeing you there!
We will also vote on our group name so bring your ideas! Hope to see ya’ll there!

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the November meeting, I will be at work.
Sorry to hear that @Kevin Van Dyke - hopefully you can make it in December!
Bumping for the morning crowd. Hope to see everyone there Saturday.
I do hope to be able to attend the meeting in December. I now have a lot more time on my hands. I am very proud to be able to say that I passed the National Registry Paramedic test yesterday. I spent the last year in paramedic school with 300 hours of clinical time in the hospital, 300 hours of student ride time on the ambulance, and countless hours studying. I have been an EMT at Hardin County EMS for 3 years and now after a lot of hard work and time away from my family I am a Paramedic! I do love my job but unfortunately it just will not provide the quality of life for my family that I want to give them and they deserve. One great thing about my job is the 24/48 shift so it will be so much easier than any normal 40 hour/week job to get involved in investing. Now that I have this goal accomplished I am looking forward to learning all I can about real estate investing. My wife and I are currently renting (making someone else rich) and within 6 months my next goal is to buy a home for my family. Next step, we are going to start buying single family houses and multi family apartment buildings with an occasional flip so I can retire from EMS within 10 years and give my family the life they deserve.
