We'll be going over the importance of having cash-on-hand & how cash can significant help win your next deal, as well as how to get these sources, from hard-money lenders, to building lines of credit, to leveraging self-directed IRAs from friends and outside investors, and other options! It's a MUST SEE if you want to get your next property in these challenging Sellers' markets!

As always, this meetup is for both new and experienced investors. There will be time to network before and after the event so bring your business cards.
