Chances are, you've heard of the elusive but coveted real estate acquisition strategy known generally as "Creative Financing", or more specifically "Seller Financing" or "Lease options". You might have managed to negotiate some form of Creative Financing in the past, but if you haven't I'm sure you'd like to. Here's your chance to hear about *several* Creative Financing strategies!

The time has come for the last North Tampa TBREIA meeting of the year! This month... We are going to hear from a local Creative Financing genius, Mr. Damon Hart, the "Foxy Home Buyer" himself!

THIS Wednesday the 6th, 7-9pm, with tons of real estate investing knowledge, not to mention networking with the diverse array of real estate professionals who attend our meetings every month. Don't miss! See you soon.

Also, ***Please NOTE! *the ad states that there is not a fee to attend this event, which is true for first time members to any of the (8) TBREIA meetings. If you are not a first timer to the TBREIA meetings, and are not a member, there will be a $30 entry fee at the door. If you are a first-timer, you will enter free of charge. :)
