Hey Bigger Pockets Community. We are holding a Bee-hive Networking event this month. We’d love to have you join us. Our meetings are FUN and full of active investors doing deals all around the Puget Sound area. Our main event is held monthly on the 4th Thursday and is open to the public. Most of these meetings will be at the Bellevue Red Lion Hotel but this month we are hosting a special networking event in Mercer Island. Members can attend this meeting free. How does Bee-Hive Networking work?

Attendees will be broken in to groups of 5 people each. For each round, there is one QUEEN BEE and one WORKER BEE in the group of 5. The QUEEN BEE tells the WORKER BEE what he/she is looking for (Examples - Looking for real estate investors, hard money lenders, a joint venture partner, etc.). The WORKER BEE then goes around to the other "hives" (group of 5 people) and asks each group, "Who knows of any real estate investors, hard money lenders, people who want to partner on a deal, etc?" If someone in the HIVE knows a real estate investor, hard money lender, or someone who wants to partner on a deal, etc, he/she hands the WORKER BEE a business card. At the end of the round (traditionally 5 minutes), the WORKER BEE comes back and hands the QUEEN BEE dozens of cards from people that can help him/her find real estate investors, hard money lenders, joint venture partners, etc. It's that simple and it works EVERY TIME!
