So, thanks to a ton of help from @Tiffany Plovie - we are officially set for a July 8th South Sound (or ... all-Sound if you don't mind the drive) Meetup at The Ram in Lakewood from 7pm-10pm. So anyone located in the Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Aberdeen, Portland (if you like driving!) or surrounding areas of Washington State or Oregon... and want to come hang out, get some good food, good drinks, and have some good conversation... let's do it! 

Respond in this thread if you can make it. I look forward to hanging out with you all!  Also - let me know what town you are coming from! 

(For those of you who can't make the drive down from Seattle, I'll be attending the Snohomish County meetup in Lynwood at the end of the month, probably on July 31st. For more info on this meetup, talk with @Dee Miles or check out this Meetup.com page.)

Bummed, can't make it!  But excited to see the pacific northwest momentum continue.  Think weekend next time for those of us not yet making enough cash flow to quit our day job.  :)

    Hey @Justin Case - no agenda, other than eating, drinking, and talking real estate :) We'll keep it pretty informal probably, and try to make it more about "networking" and interacting on a one-on-one basis. I mean, I can talk 100 hours about this real estate stuff, but I'd assume people would get far more benefit from chatting abotu real estate with other local investors!

    Nice to see these BP meetups coming together.  We may be able to make it down to the South Sound one in Lakewood if it works out.  We'll just be starting a busy two week project in So. Everett cleaning and updating a rental for a tenant turnover, but we may be able to break away in the evening if it works out. Sure would like to. We are planning to make it to the North Sound Lynnwood BP meetup as long as our schedule doesn't change. We recently spoke to @Dee Miles and it sounds like she's got a bigger room reserved so hopefully we'll have a nice turnout. Thanks everyone for making this happen.

    Bummed I wont be able to attend due to some  summer travel.  Hopefully we can make this a quarterly  event so can catch the next one

      I am so looking forward to meeting everyone tomorrow, and finally putting faces to names. I know this will be a spectacular event, if only for the people involved.

       As @Brandon Turner has mentioned before, this will be a relaxing, fun event that will focus on providing valuable opportunities to network, develop solid connections and simply to be around others who speak and think 'Investor'.

    Dang! I couldn't make it from Bellingham yesterday. @Gerald K. , can you point me in the right direction for the Lynwood meet up? I looked on BP but couldn't find the details about when and where.
