I am watching all of these meet-ups scroll down my screen but none of them are ever in Ohio. Why is it? Ohio Investors - should we have a little meet-up? We could do it in very centrally-located Lima...seriously - any interest?

@James Hunt I don't know what the Cleveland SFR is to be honest.
@Ryan Arth I would definitely be interested in checking out the BP/ACREIA/Breakfast meetups. I work a 7-3:30 right now so the breakfast meetup would have to be scheduled as PTO to meet some professionals in the area(worth it). To be honest I have talked with a couple investors that didn't have a plan walking into their deals. After those convo's I really didn't chase a second convo because I'm a planned risk taker and would like to learn from those that have a similar out look. Whether I didn't make any ROI my first deal or not.
TO ALL, Thanks for the response I will be sending out a request to all of you. The passion built around real estate shows with convo's like this. Comradery through a like interest!

@Ken Mackey I'd be more than happy to meet up for breakfast/lunch/post-work beer. I live and invest in Cleveland but work in Akron. I set my own schedule mostly so I can meet whenever it's convenient. Inbox me if you're interested. Love to network with like-minded individuals.
Stopped into the ACREIA Thursday breakfast. Was really interesting & a great group of a diverse crowd. Lots of Q&A. Wish it was something I could regularly attend & looking forward to stopping in anytime I'm in the area.
