Continuing this month we will be bringing in Chicago industry experts such as architects, contractors, property managers, insurance agents, lenders, etc. for live Q&A to help us understand the intricacies of Chicago real estate.

This month, we will have John Warren join us who has 10X’d his real estate portfolio over only a couple years.

John is a real estate managing broker of Forte Properties Inc . As a real estate agent, he focuses on helping other investors maximize their profit as they buy or sell their investment properties. His area of expertise is in the near southwest Chicago suburbs (Berwyn, Riverside, North Riverside, Forest Park, Oak Park, Brookfield, Lyons, Cicero). He is also an active buy & hold investor and already owns 154 apartment units.

As always, we will meet live from 10am-Noon at A and N Mortgage located at 1941 N Elston Ave, Chicago, IL 60642. Additionally, we will live stream via our Facebook Group & Zoom so if you aren't able to make it in person you can attend virtually. We will also post on Youtube after so you can rewind anything you may have missed.
