Rental Collection Data

Do you know where I could find rental collection data? I'm trying to get an idea of different rental collection metrics in different metros across the country. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it. Some areas have high C on C returns but might have low rental collections vs. other areas where the C on C or Cap rates are lower but more consistent and less volatile income streams.
