Neutral Paint Colors for Rental Properties

I'm getting ready to close on my first rental property, and I'm still trying to come to a final decision on paint colors. I want to use a light, neutral tan color on the inside, perhaps something similar to Benjamin Moore's Manchester Tan.

And for the exterior I'm leaning toward a slightly darker tan, perhaps similar to Sherwin Williams Yearling.

Also, based on previous posts I've read I'll most likely end up going to Home Depot and using Behr paint which is much cheaper but apparently almost as good.

Any suggestions for paint colors, both interior and exterior? What are some tried and true neutral colors in the tan family that you have used in your rental properties?

Thanks!
