Undeveloped property and mobile home

So I wanted to get some feed back on some things I got going on .I have a few undeveloped properties(3) all 1/4 of an acre (different areas ). And the plan is to get it cleared get water and electric services and septic all done . Then get a mobile home In The property and rented out , eventually I would like to have two mobile homes in each property.. And keep doing that one property at a time .with the cash flow I get with the rent . So the goal Is to be financially free. And have passive income in the long run. I’m just getting in the game. No experience. Just learning at the moment reading books and reading blogs and listening to audiobooks and I’m even doing my real estate courses. What would you Recommend on the path I’m taking ?and what are other point of views at looking at this .I’m in need of a bit of guidance. Thank you for reading this and I hope I’m making some sense .
