Hi so I use a friend who runs a property management company to run all of my credit and background checks.  All of my application forms, contracts, addendum etc. are paper.  

Is there a good site that can handle all this for me where I can write all my own contracts?

BTW, separate question, is zillow still free to list, I thought I heard they were now charging.
