Renting out my house in Washington

Hey guys,

I understand that the decision is ultimately mine, but would it be advantageous for me to try to rent my house out by myself in Tacoma Washington, or would it be easier to get a property manager?

If so, does anyone know of a good property manager, or is their any information that anyone could give me as far as renting out a house goes in Washington?
