Refunding deposit after eviction

This has never happen before when we won judgement on eviction and then tenants said he got CDC Act housing assistance to pay off the money owed for the judgement. Now he is asking for his deposit since housing will send us a check for the money owed. Since he defaulted his lease and did not finish his lease due to eviction. Can we charge for reletting fees and everything else like we would with broken lease. This is the standard TX lease. If he moved out 11/22, we are not obligated to prorate the last month correct ?How would you guys proceed on doing refund on deposit when they have been evicted due to nonpayment?

Somewhat confused on the deduction for refunding deposit when tenants are not evicted and when they are evicted.

TIA!
