Automatic rent withdrawals
Can anyone recommend a service to automatically deduct tenant rent in Canada. I have a single, soon to be 2nd, condo unit. Payments are done with old fashioned post dated cheques. There must be a better way that will automate rent transfer and leave control in landlord's hands. Thank you.
