Flood insurance on rental properties

I was looking into setting up flood insurance for my properties and apparently they do not provide 'Building only' insurances - at least that is what my agent tells me.

Do you know if there is a way to get insurance only for the property but not the contents? I don't know if I want to pay $100,000 coverage for contents, when that technically would be the tenants properties?

What is your take?

thanks,

Attila
