Short term rentals Baton Rouge

 It looks like my wife and I will be leaving Baton Rouge and we are exploring our options. 

I have two questions regarding short term rentals in the Baton Rouge area.

1. What kind a occupancy should I expect? After doing a quick Google search 44.5% came up. That seems rather low.

2. What should I look for in a property management company?

@Kevin Olano look no further than @Amy Verges for your property management needs.  She is certainly who you want to put on your list to interview.  I would recommend selecting a manager that has investment experience and comes recommended from other investor clients because property managers in this area are very hit or miss as far as how they perform.  Good luck!
