Elapse time from purchase to rental
I’m just wondering what the average elapsed time from unit purchase to rental is for most fix and holds. I know it will depend on how much renovation takes place and the state of the rental market, but on average is it a month, two months, or ?
I’m finding with my W2 job and working after hours it’s taking me and some of my help a little under two months. No huge fixes. Mostly a little paint and maybe flooring and fixing some small issues. I expect to get quicker as I gain more experience. Just curious what others have experienced.
