Our tenants have moved in their parents, who are not on the lease. There is limited parking at the property, and we don't want 4 adults in the property.  Their lease says guests can only stay for two weeks. Does anyone have a sample notice letter or language that we can use. we have had a discussion with them about this, but want to put something in writing.
