Florida Residential Flex Rent?
Hello! I'm curious if using Flex rent in a 2 year lease is legal in Florida.
Lease will start 1FEB and I'd like rent to adjust 1NOV by 25 dollars more. I'm curious if this is legal in Florida. Property is in Jacksonville. Tenant is aware or price adjustment and has agreed to it.
I understand the lease needs to be notarized because it's over 1 year.
