Hey everyone, does anyone have any thoughts on investing in 20-30 unit multifamily within the Houston, Tx area? I'm really looking into it as a result of Dallas/Fort Worth area being over saturated with investors. Austin is to expensive and San Antonio doesn't seem to have anymore deals that have a high enough cash on cash return (10-15%).
