Had it not been for the ceiling collapsing on the top of my head, I would have never known that Id been living in an incubator of filth for 2 1/2 years and the Owner, Property Management and my Housing Provider knew.  'I've been exposed to asbestos the works and these bastards had the audacity to conspire against me to have me evicted and I became homeless for 4 months.  HELP

The building was clearly uninhabitable and it took an eviction for you to move?

The building was a dump and a health risk and you had to be evicted. I assume you are on welfare, leaching off the system. Right.

How long were you able to live rent free before you were finally evicted.

😂  I suspect you came to the wrong place for sympathy. Why would you stay in such a place for that long anyway?

Thank goodness the ceiling collapsed on your head letting your know you were living in an incubator of filth for the past 2 1/2 years.

Sorry about the eviction.

Do you have a legal question?

Jd Martin I agree that this probably isn't the best place for sympathy. Methinks there is a lot more to this story.

@Belinda Reynolds thank God it landed on your head! It's the part of your body that you weren't using! If you were there for 2 1/2 years, you knew the condition of the property better than the owner, property manager, and housing provider put together. Quit pretending you are a victim. It sounds like after 4 months you now have another place to live. Hopefully you have straightened up since the last one.

Nothing more to the story than the eviction of a non paying tenant. As landlords we hear the accusations and complaints fabricated by non paying tenants all the time. Nothing more than trumped up maintenance complaints. Everyone else's fault but their own.
