What happens if I buy a property with an FHA loan but it is occupied?
I am thinking about buying a 4-plex in Tualatin, Oregon with an FHA loan, which requires that I live in the property, but what happens if it is fully occupied? Do I have to honor the leases of the previous owner, or can I make one of the tenants move out so I can move into the property?
