home inspection today

my 20 year old son found his first house a little over a week ago in Pueblo. According to the disclosure statement, everything is fine other than tons of interior cosmetic work.The inspection is today at noon. We are so excited and nervous.  If all goes well we will close on the 15th of September and we will all be helping him refurb starting the weekend thereafter.
