Water Submetering for duplex property
Hi everyone, any suggestions on what a good option for water submetering could be? I got a duplex property that only has one water meter, and I would like to set up a system were each tenant gets his own water bill. I was looking at the True Submeter website and it looks like a good option, the downside I see is that you need to buy them a router to transmit the information to their office, sometimes routers could be a pain if they don't property transmit the information. Anyone with experience about this topic?
