I’m a resident representative in my own building and recently finished developing an app called Conexa – designed specifically for multi-unit residential buildings and their communities.

The idea came from real pain points: scattered WhatsApp groups, missed notices, no central place to communicate, and zero tools for actual resident engagement. Conexa fixes that by providing a clean, structured, and private space where:

• Building representatives can post official notices

• Residents get mobile notifications, can vote, like, comment

• You can organize snow cleaning, share parking or transport, or even just post fun stuff from the neighborhood

• Everything is geolocation-based, so it only connects people in the same building or area

• It’s made to help build trust, structure, and community

We’re launching the first public version soon and I’d genuinely love for some of you to take a look, especially if you manage or represent a building. Maybe you’ll see something useful – or tell me what’s missing!
