Just starting! Have a couple questions for the tech gurus out there.
Hi All!
Former teacher here. I like to have my paperwork pretty, neat and efficient (Im thinking about getting an application ready). Bonus points if I can incorporate technology to streamline applications. Does anyone do an online application? If so, what do you use?
I just landed my first property (woo!) and getting ready to rent it out. I listed it on facebook marketplace and had several inquires. As soon as I close on it (next week), I'll list it on Zillow as well.
I spoke to a lot of unqualified candidates, but I also spoke to some good ones, and I'd like for them to fill out an application. What methods do you use to streamline your process?
Throw it at me!! Thanks!
Jennifer
