What are the laws like in Massachusetts with respect to evictions? For example, if a tenant refuses to leave at the end of a lease, how difficult would it be to get them out? What would be the process, and how long would it take? In case it matters, the house I have in mind to rent out is in Sutton, MA. Thanks.
