Reading this thread makes me so happy I have A and B class units. I only (attempt to) get left behind large pieces of furniture. "Oh, I thought maybe your new tenant would like this 15 year old bedroom set".  Nope, but 1-800-Haul-Junk will be charging you $500 to trash it if it is still here on Monday.

Best thing I had left was a couple year old washer/dryer/fridge because the tenant couldn't move them across the country. The set was over $3,000 new. Since she was an awesome tenant I ended up giving her money for them.

And I'm surprised at how many people leave sex toys behind. Good ones can be expensive... umm, so I've heard...
