Need Contractor Recommendations After Tenant Trashed Townhouse

I have a friend who has a townhouse on Polaski Road not far from the airport. He was with Spectrum for property management and they just advised him that the tenant that just vacated has done major damage to the property, floors are bare concrete and nicely stained from animal feces and urine, other assorted things in the home are broken/in need of repair. He is looking for contractor recommendations to bid the repairs. He is an out-of-state investor due to being active duty military. Thanks in advance.
