Judgement and Possession Awarded wait for an Appeal??

Hi,

So my tenants stop paying rent because they had a nasty breakup apparently and long story short, hubby left with all wifeys money and wifey couldn't keep it together.

I terminated the lease as of 8/31, and filed a landlord complaint with the local magisterial court.

On court day, they no showed. I was awarded a judgement for 2 months past due rent, late fees, and court costs, along with possession.

So, court date was 8/29. I asked the judge now that I won possession and the lease was terminating as of 8/31 and they weren't contesting the termination. I can go in and inspect the house and change the locks on 9/1, right??

Then judge told me no. They have 10 days now to appeal so I have to wait.

Today is 9/1, the tenant (wifey) said she's out and took all her stuff, the rest is hubby's.

Well, I went in today and the place is a mess. Junk, trash, tons of stuff everywhere including a CAT wondering around. So am I supposed to just sit there for 10 days and wait? The cat was literally digging into trash when I walked in.

I don't want to say anything to the tenants because I don't want them to appeal, I don't even know if I

am technically
