Thoughts on using property manager to sell your property?
I have rental I am looking to sell that has tenants in them, so likely need to sell to another investor. My property manager said they could represent me because they had a brokerage arm as well. Are there any downsides to using an agent that is affiliated with a property management company? I just wasn't aware if this was common.

@James Mcsweeney I see it as upsides. I would let them have the listing.

@James Mcsweeney so, your PMC has "control" of the property and a relationship with the tenant.
Who do you think will have an easier time showing the tenant-occupied property, the PMC with a relationship or a "strange" agent?
Who do you think has more investor connections, the PMC or a random agent?

You know what they are like, let them list it. I've bought rentals through my property manager. One was their listing another was MLS.

most property managers lost their clients property, they know most about the property and are most times best equipped to answer any questions buyers have
