Need Real Estate Attorney, Financial Advisor, etc.

hi, hoping to get some direction here. I have 8 properties and need some help on how best to put them in an LLC, under what name, and how to best leave protect them for my children later in life. Do I need a financial planner, advisor, attorney, etc?

I would also love to get a professional who is experienced in real estate law/tax strategies, so I can determine my best next course of action regarding a new purchase.

I've had some companies reach out to me, but use various titles, so I'm a bit confused on this, and would love to know who I need to go to for help.

Any thoughts, comments or direction would certainly help.

Thanks.

@Anita Z.

I recommend finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation, tax planning and estate planning. Yes, we exist. You may want to consider working with your accountant remotely to expand your options.

I would also recommend looking for a accountant willing to work with you throughout the year. You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the consequences of the financial decisions you are making throughout the year.

Good luck.

@Anita Z.

BP has any amazing tool for you to find professional service providers to help.

Go to the "Build your Team" Tab and look for specialists who focus on what you are trying to accomplish.

Reach out to several firms to find the right one for you.
