Hey everyone! I'm Claudius and I am new to real estate investing. Been thinking about it for a couple of years and 2021 is the year I will start. I want to to the BRRRR process and rehab homes that will become rental property. I am reading nonstop but I learn best by DOING. Willing to assist any investor doing BRRRRs in the ATLANTA area so that I can learn. Please let me know if I can help you and learn at the same time.
