I am a licensed real estate agent and I am looking to partner with someone to assist me in rehabbing a triplex in Springfield Historic District in Jacksonville, Fl. This is my first time handling repairs for a multi-family and any guidance is greatly. The property address is 1634 Ionia Street. It was in a fire and the cost to repair will be approx 200-250k. The ARV is 340-440k. I am looking for a partnership.

@Joddie Mcclain, did you ever buy the historic district triplex? I'm looking at buying a historic home in middle Alabama. I expect it to be hard, but I am hoping for "hard but worth it."
