I am ready to build a portfolio of value-add, redevelopment and ground-up development assets with a strong team of equity partners and/or mentors. I have been in the industry now since 2015 after earning a masters in Real Estate Development. What I bring to the table is experience, knowledge, contacts, limited equity and the passion to succeed. What I am looking for are partners who have equity that they want to put to work but maybe don't have the experience or time to accomplish they're investment goals on their own. I am also willing to partner with seasoned investors looking for an apprentice to share their knowledge with as they wind down or rev up their investment activities.

• - Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Finance & Project Management
• - South Florida Realtor
• - Freelance Underwriting Consultant & Excel Expert
• - Understand the investment criteria of all real estate asset types
• - Understand syndication and most waterfall profit splits
