Looking for Dayton Ohio Boots on the Ground, Agent a plus

We are looking for a person who is passionate about real estate and who would find benefit in learning from us. We have done 200+ deals in the last 5 years and currently own 150 units and manage in house. We are branching out to the Dayton market and looking for someone in the area who could meet sellers at houses, take pictures, evaluate the property, put a lockbox on when we are done, meet utility companies at properties, etc. Shoot me a PM if you have any interest in an arrangement like this!
