WANT: Loan Guarantors (Portland, OR) to work with new Syndicator

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to reach out to the BiggerPockets sphere and share my desire to find a loan guarantor who can help sign for a .8-2 million dollar property in my first syndication deal.

I have another loan guarantor who has been less than responsive to sending me Personal Financial Statements, Rent Rolls, and other pertinent info to get pre-approved. Which holds me back from underwriting deals, which means I'm at a complete standstill on accomplishing my goals to close on an apartment by end of year.

For any loan guarantors in the Portland, OR area. Let's please meet and sit down for lunch/coffee (my treat) and let's see if we're a good fit to work with each other.

Vic
