Off-Market Kessler Square 75208 Investment

Great opportunity to pick up an off-market investment property in Kessler Square of Dallas, 75208. This 3/2/2 brick-build sits on a corner lot in an area where days on market are low. There are many different approaches to maximize value, and given the comps, my suggestion would be adding on to the house (as many others have done to the comps) in order to maximize the ARV.
