Selling my BRRRR property!

Property was is updated recently, has been rented for the past year for  $1,000. Currently being managed by 3 rivers property management. Property is in great location, new developments being done in the area! Property is ready to be lived in/rented and recently added brand new furnace and water heater. peace of mind!
