Home has a private entry way, 3 car garage, pool/spa, stainless steel appliances etc. Needs a light rehab to maximize ARV. Home was originally listed for $399,900 earlier this year.

Est. Rehab: $20,000 (I would paint the interior walls/kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring in the bedrooms, new kitchen counter tops, deep scrub on interior tile and exterior concrete and just general sprucing up. It's got great bones just needs the right attention. My thought: the current color scheme and general style is dated and has accounted for the market not responding.)
