Not sure on best approach or if there is an appetite for investors who want to park their funds and be the bank. We have a few investors that invest in short-term funds, but also just parked some funds via a secured mortgages on  rentals. Loans are fully-amortized loans on single family rentals in South Bend/Mishawaka, Indiana. Minimum mortgage is ~$20k.
