Partner and I are looking for a lender on new builds.

What we would like: financing with a 5,10, or 15 note 30 year amortization.

lending on new builds (lots secured, permits either already obtained or in filing)

lender who is willing to have an LLC sign docs (partner and i would use our W2 filings as our means to secure loan but would like to have the LLC as property owners).

willing to walk through any offer or suggestion as they come through. we are ready to break ground/build on 4 lots as we speak.

feel free to reply on here or PM me and i would love to speak more.

thanks

Hey John, happy to be of assistance. As far as I know, there is no fully amortization money during the new construction/vertical build phase. This will all be I/O. At CO, you can refinance from the I/O (which is much better for you as a borrower from a monthly payment standpoint) into long-term permanent debt - [email protected]

    Hi John,

Ask a Lender can help you find a lender for your new construction projects. Using our home construction lender search, enter your loan preferences and select "US Corp/LLC/Partnership" under Borrower Type and "W-2 Wage Earner" under Income Verification in the advanced search menu:

    www.askalender.com/find/home-construction-lenders

I hope this helps you – feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding the lender searches.
