I work for a large investment brokerage her in Austin, TX. We sell 25 to 35 properties each month, 65 to 75% of these properties being off market! These opportunities are perfect for investors as they do need a little work done to them. We are typically selling these properties for around 80% of the ARV minus any repairs.
