Fully renovated property next to downtown district of Trenton NJ, not far from government buildings including Sheriff’s Office, New Jersey Museum and more landmark sites and few blocks away from very popular S Broad St. Renovations were completed two month ago. The property has new floors, windows, doors, water tank, furnace, new kitchen, bathroom and so on... The property was just rented out for $1,225 a month. What I like about this property is the high rent and such a low price making it a great investment for someone not wanting to pay crazy NY and NJ prices for a house. Management for this property is taken care of if the buyer wants to have management ($50 a month for first year), if not buyer can save extra every year.
