Looking for a developer/builder for a tear down lead in Hayward

Hello!

I am working on a lead to wholesale in Hayward, CA. I am in the early stage of negotiations with the seller and want to see if there are investors interested in this type of deal and if so, what specifics besides price are you looking for from the seller?

Here's the basic info:

1. Property is located in Hayward, CA
2. Lot size is around 0.35 acre lot (over 15,000 sf) and can be split into two lots and build a 2,000sf home on EACH LOT so TWO HOMES IN one big lot.
3. The current property is vacant and is best to tear down than too remodel--that's how bad it is. Current home is under 1,000 sf.
4. The property comes with two water/sewer hookups already in place.
