Real estate appraiser / investor / app developer

I am looking for an assistant who is interested in making at least $12 per hour with the potential of earning up to $40 per hour. This is a great profession to get into and the only way to become a real estate appraiser is to work for one. 

I am only interested in hiring someone in the Weber/Davis county area. The job will require understanding of local markets and locations and will require occasional onsite interaction. I am looking for someone who is highly analytical, understands data, and can see patterns. Successful candidate will use statistical tools and property databases to obtain detailed information regarding real estate values. The successful applicant will need to be proficient with software programs, very detailed oriented, self-directed, motivated, and assertive. The successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator who may also assist in managing properties, finding additional properties, and marketing existing properties. The candidate will be required to telecommute from home, so a higher-end computer and high-speed internet will be essential.

This is a fine opportunity for someone interested in a flexible schedule for school.   Interested specifically in someone just starting college.
